We have provided you with a QR code card that you can keep in your wallet to share your awesome landing page with those who do not have compatible phones.

Yes, after activating your card you will have the option to “Link to another device profile” if the device is under the same account. If you want to link to a profile that is not under the same account you can simply choose to “Redirect to an external profile or url” and paste the profile URL there.
- Make sure your friend has a compatible NFC enabled device.
- Make sure your friend has NFC enabled on their phone and their phone is unlocked.
- If your friend is using an Android phone, ask them to tap it from the centre of the back of the device.
- If your friend is using an iPhone, ask them to tap it from the top back of the device.
- If your friend does not have an NFC enabled device no problem, use the provided QR code card.
All cards are triple checked during the manufacturing and assembly processes, and checked once again before shipping it to you. It is unlikely that there is any manufacturing defect in your device please refer to the previous question for troubleshooting. And you can completely custom print your Meloenga® white digital business card with your branding using a UV printer. Profile visits are unlimited, feel free to share your profile with as many people as you want.
There are no limitations to your profile updates.
Your profile has a unique URL and is publicly available to anyone you share the link with. But for privacy reasons your profile will be hidden from search engine crawlers (unless you enable it from the device settings page), this means people cannot find your profile when they search for you on any search engine.
Yes, just like all social media community/content guidelines, we reserve the right to deactivate your account without prior notice if found promoting any of the below:
- Self-injury: posts that contain suicide or self-injury
- Discrimination, harassment or bullying: harassment or threatening others
- Sale or promotion of drugs
